Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management within the period of one month after date of purchase. 6. Your website should be hosted on a reliable server, with constant availability, for optimum results. Should Shield Marketing Limited recommend changing your host or server, this is to protect the interests of your website's ranking within the Search Engines.
7. Shield Marketing Limited cannot be held responsible for additional costs arising due to any errors made by third parties, or failure to maintain a current copy of your own website.
8. Shield Marketing Limited refunds will be less all costs incurred to that point.
9. As Shield Marketing Limited provide a personalised service.  Once the service has started, the cooling off period therefore becomes null and void.
10. The  Ad words service will be performed to the best of Shield Marketing Limited ability to maintain a priority position. Shield Marketing Limited cannot be held responsible of failure of third parties including Google, Yahoo and Msn.

We can make partial refund for the purchase, when you ordered additional customization for the product and if there are any points that are under the statements listed above.

All licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. Illegal use of our products and software are controlled by the law.

No refunds are issued for provided services (including product installation, customization and software development) if provided services meet predefined specifications.
